Introduction

To drive consistent, high‑impact brand growth across Global Export markets by defining and adapting marketing strategies, advising and enabling local partners, and ensuring excellence in brand stewardship, campaign execution, and shopper activation in line with group standards.

Your Tasks

  • Lead and advise local partners on brand plans to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with global brand standards
  • Develop and adapt marketing strategies for international markets
  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including reporting and performance tracking
  • Act as Brand Ambassador, supporting brand trainings, projects, and standards
  • Analyze market, shopper, and category insights, including market research data (e.g. IWSR)
  • Manage POS materials and develop trade marketing concepts
  • Oversee local social media activities

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar role
  • Initial experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market or consumer insights
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, hands-on mindset
  • Very good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
