Introduction

Become part of our global team and, as a key PIM expert, drive the further development of our product data platform and processes

Your Tasks

  • Take ownership of the Product Information Management (PIM) platform, ensuring high-quality, structured, and market-ready product data across brands and countries
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the PIM system, including user and permission management, data quality monitoring, and 2nd-level support for international users
  • Drive the further development of the PIM data model, workflows, validation rules, and automations in close collaboration with business, IT, and an external implementation partner
  • Coordinate and support integrations between PIM and connected systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, AlwaysOn, E-Labeling) with a clear focus on product data use cases
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve functional PIM documentation, guidelines, and best practices
  • Act as a trusted PIM partner for business stakeholders, advising on system usage, feature design, and efficient product data processes
  • Plan and support international PIM rollouts, onboard users, and conduct trainings and enablement sessions

Your Profile

  • Strong interest in Product Information Management (PIM), digital product platforms, and end-to-end product data processes
  • Hands-on experience with PIM systems (e.g. PIMcore, Akeneo, Informatica, Salsify or similar) is a plus
  • Solid understanding of product data models, attributes, hierarchies, and product lifecycle concepts
  • Basic technical understanding of interfaces, APIs, and data flows between PIM and surrounding systems
  • Service-oriented and solution-focused mindset with the ability to support international business users
  • Structured, analytical, and proactive working style with a strong sense of ownership
  • Very good communication skills and confidence in working across departments (IT, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales)
  • Proficiency in English and German
