What you can expect:
- Marketing responsibility for Global Export markets and channels
- Developing, planning & implementing targeted marketing strategies in close cooperation with Sales, local distribution partners & brand owners
- Monitoring market trends & competitors to position brands relevant & competitive
- Preparing annual marketing & budget plans with Sales & brand management
- Optimizing the ROI of brand investments with Sales & distribution partners
- Developing growth potential, medium-term pipeline filling & portfolio management
- Representing (Marketing) Global Export on trade shows, summits & further external & internal events
- Leading interdisciplinary teams to implement projects
- Professional & personal development of the Global Export Marketing Team
What we expect:
- Successful master's degree in economics/marketing
- 8-10 years of professional experience in marketing (& sales) in the FMCG industry
- International experience through work abroad & intercultural cooperation
- Passion for brands & marketing
- Profound understanding of the F&B industry (preferably alcoholic beverages), including market trends & consumer preferences
- Analytical & entrepreneurial thinking
- Profound understanding & preferably experience in trade marketing
- High level of initiative & resilience
- High teamwork & communication skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills in English, further languages are of advantage (especially Spanish and German)
