For our division Global IT at the headquarter in Wiesbaden (Germany) we are looking for you as soon as possible.
What you can expect:
- Disciplinary management of the Sales Applications Team in Wiesbaden
- Technical leadership of virtually extended team members (esp. in Barcelona, Spain)
- IT business partner and main contact for the worldwide sales departments
- Central service responsibility for all IT solutions with process relevance in Sales
- Continuous alignment of requirements and process improvements
- Establishment of a global community for IT standards within Sales
- Evaluation of technology trends and derivation of potential for action and innovation
What we expect:
- Degree in engineering, computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
- Minimum experience of 5 years in leading IT teams (sales applications preferred)
- Ability to steer consulting, development & operations
- Deep knowledge about sales processes and applications (esp. Salesforce and SAP SD)
- Experiences in Consulting and Requirement Analysis in the field of international Sales
- Service-oriented and user-centered mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate topics to stake holders
- Professional in English and German
